In 2023, the businessman escaped a 12-year prison sentence in the Blue Air embezzlement case: he was one of the beneficiaries of the Constitutional Court’s decision on the statute of limitations.
In an interview from behind bars last year, Iordache said he was the victim of a conspiracy and that enforcing the statute of limitations was a matter of “mathematics.”

Deci pana la urma acceptam sa avem o tara bananiera.
Nu sunt de acord aici cu recorder si nici cum ai formulat tu. Nu a fost sanctionata ci avocatii apararii invoca “bias”ul ei in judecata. Ceea ce ar fi normal daca avocatul crede ca un alt complet ajuta clientul mai tare.
Pentru asta sunt platiti, ~~chiar nu imi convine ca pune fata avocatei acolo de parca e acuzata de ceva. Ma mira ca n-ar fi GDPR sau ceva. Mai ales ca nu ea a facut decizia ci completul pentru recuzare. Acolo n-au pus poze :-|~~~ fost adjunct al sefului DIICOT exclusa din magistratura definitiv. nu e o persoana chiar “nepublica”
Culmea Morosanu a fost o judecatoare blanda chiar in cazul lui Marinescu cand era avocat, acea tentativa de omor mutata la loviri. Era parte in complet la apel parca.
Au ajuns și ăștia de la Recorder să tragi apa după ei. Trist…
Imi place ca e un thread la peste 1k upvotes in care roddit rade auristi ca au iesit la protest.
Dar la justitie, unde e groasa, proteste ceva?
