This isn’t new. They’re talking about his health issues from a few months ago and that he likely had a stroke.

Anyone who isn’t being intentionally obtuse or contrarian can tell there’s something wrong with him. Every time he’s on camera he looks and sounds worse than the last time. The mystery bruises on his hand, dragging his leg, the facial drooping, falling asleep during meetings, becoming more and more disinhibited in his speech, especially when dealing with the press, swearing more, etc.
He had a stroke a couple months ago. Remember that weekend he just vanished and everyone was joking he’d died? He hasn’t been able to move the left side of his face ever since. You can see it in every picture, including the one for this article. The left corner of his mouth (his left, not yours) is completely slack.
He has cranialanalitis with cardiac complications.
Translated; his head is so far up his ass, his heart is beating his brains out.
The guy has a mild stroke every other day! His handlers are finally loosing grip.
Perhaps this is why he’s been acting like John Fetterman recently.

It’s all just conjecture… but how many ‘perfectly healthy’ people do you know who have serious swelling at their ankles, who talk about how they’re on massive amounts of aspirin to ‘thin their blood, because it’s not good for their heart if the blood is thick’ and who are given MULTIPLE cognitive tests within a short period of time by doctors?

Besides the dead giveaways, the fact that he constantly brags about taking multiple cognitive tests that are typically administered when there is a serious concern about mental decline, is in itself a red flag.
I’m sure those who are around him most can tell too. Their concerns aren’t with Trump’s medical problems directly, but with how they can continue to profit personally, politically and/or financially from his presidency without it becoming a problem for *them*.
It wouldn’t surprise me. Putting aside the visual symptoms, like the bruising and swelling and tottering, his speech is slurred, he obviously has difficulty remembering things, and he’s far more irritable and aggressive than I recall him being in the past. All classic stroke symptoms.
If he did have a stroke that would mean his enablers are guilty of treason. Hiding a condition in which his capacity as commander-in-chief is diminished is a serious threat to national security. He wouldn’t be the first POTUS to hide an illness but hiding a stroke would probably be the most serious breach of public trust among them.
