I was given this by a Polish uncle from Poland years ago. I think it was said that this was a symbol for good luck. Can anyone tell me if that’s true or enlighten me on any meaning it may have? Thanks in advance.

99% it’s not a known symbol.
I just googled this image. It says that its “Znak Atlantów”. I googled further and I think its based on a ring called “Atlantis Ring” found by some archeologist supposedly. And some people claim it have magical meaning et cetera

So its just some symbol that “weird” people use and believe it have some esoteric magic value.
