I said, ‘We’re gonna take it, we’re gonna make it American, we’re gonna put hotels, we’re gonna put golf courses, we’re gonna make it fantastic, believe me.’
Then this bald guy—this very mild mannered, very short bald Polish gentleman, probably eats pierogi all day—he comes out of nowhere and he says, ‘No, don’t do it, it’s not too late!’ Like he’s some big expert on Greenland all of a sudden. Who is this guy? Nobody knows him! Bald, no hair, zero hair, probably jealous of my beautiful golden hair, let’s be honest.
So now I’m thinking… maybe I don’t invade. Maybe I just… lease it. Very smart. Or maybe I send Ivanka. She could negotiate. She’s fantastic, everybody loves her. Or maybe we just tariff the ice. Put a 200% tariff on Greenland ice until they beg us to take the whole thing. That’s what winners do.
But this bald Polish guy… he’s lucky. Very lucky. Because if he wasn’t so persuasive with that shiny head of his, Greenland would already have stars and stripes flying over it. Tremendous missed opportunity. Sad!
