“I won the labor dispute against my last civilian employer, Neumann János Nonprofit Kft.

The state company operating as a background institution of the NGM fired me on April 8, 2024, after I spoke out against the excessive entanglement of the church and state, which – among other things – led to the explosion of the pardon case at the demonstration of several hundred thousand people held on Kossuth Square on April 6.

The first-instance judgment accepted all the contents of my petition and, based on the evaluation of the defendant’s testimony, which often contradicted each other, found that the dismissal was related to my role in public life. So, there were not professional or human reasons, but indeed political reasons for my removal.

I thank lawyer Tamás Sziklai for his work and help.

I will donate the compensation and other amounts awarded to me by the Court to charity after receiving the decision.”
