LIPA

Linden is a sacred Slavic tree whose symbolism is contained in legends, stories and written history until today. It is a honey-bearing medicinal plant whose flowers are used to make tea, one of the oldest health-preserving and healing beverages. Linden is a particularly valued wood in carpentry and turning. Linden is an autochthonous species of Croatian forests, widespread in all parts of Croatia. It is a strong and tall tree that reaches the age of several hundred years.
