Low-cost carrier Wizz Air will introduce a new seasonal air service connecting Budapest and Dubrovnik this summer, further strengthening Croatia’s international connectivity during the peak tourist season, exyuaviation.com reported.

The new route is scheduled to commence on 8 June and will operate until 18 September, with flights running three times per week.

Services will be operated using the Airbus A321neo aircraft, offering increased capacity and improved fuel efficiency.

Flights from Budapest to Dubrovnik will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Mondays and Fridays, departures from Budapest are scheduled for 06:20, arriving in Dubrovnik at 07:35.

On Wednesdays, the flight will depart earlier at 06:00, with arrival in Dubrovnik at 07:15.

Return flights from Dubrovnik to the Hungarian capital will also operate three times weekly. On Mondays and Fridays, the aircraft will depart Dubrovnik at 08:20 and arrive in Budapest at 08:35. Wednesday services will leave Dubrovnik at 08:00, arriving in Budapest at 09:15.

Dubrovnik remains one of Croatia’s most popular destinations, particularly during the summer months.

Wizz Air will also launch seasonal flights between Gdańsk and Dubrovnik this summer, complementing its existing service from Warsaw.
