Trump’s remarkable take seems to be that it was a small, intimate party of his real buddies. We’re living in a weird time and no mistake.

    From [the article](https://archive.is/20260122110948/https://www.thedailybeast.com/president-donald-trump-snubbed-by-every-major-ally-for-big-board-of-peace-signing-ceremony/):

” Some of the United States’ longest standing allies have scorned en masse a signing ceremony for Donald Trump’s new ‘Board of Peace’ initiative.

Not a single representative from a Western European country was present at the launch Thursday morning at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

Fewer than 20 nations made an appearance, among them Gulf States like Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE, along with Argentina and Paraguay. The number stands well below the 35 anticipated by senior White House officials.

“Every one of them’s a friend of mine,” Trump said from the stage. “In this group I like every single one of them, can you believe it? Usually I have about two or three that I can’t stand.”

“They’re great people,” he added. “They’re great leaders.” “

  2. Oh dear. How sad.

    Never mind.

It’s obvious to anyone with more than 2 cm of brain that the Tangerine Traitor is just trying to weasel his way into history as a great peacemaker…

No, Donald. Here is a dose of the real truth about your “legacy”…

You will in fact be remembered as the worst President, an ignorant bigot, a sexual predator, a convicted felon, a convicted sex offender, the starter of wars and provoker of national and international unrest, and a spoiled petulant brat.

The end cannot come soon enough, so a real President can pick up the pieces and start to clean up the nasty bullshit this utter turd of a President has sprayed all over the world.

But his bestie, Putin, couldn’t go because he’s currently wanted by the ICC for war crimes.

All his allies are so pissed off I doubt you could call them allies any more.

Vlad and Xi will be so pleased to see this.

Literally no major country is going to sign on to an organisation where the Chairman has final say on everything while having no term limit and only stops being Chairman when he voluntarily resigns, is incapacitated or is voted out by the sycophantic Executive Board that only the Chairman gets to appoint. And no matter what way he stops being Chairman the only succession plan is to install the person they already designated as their successor. It’s quite literally a formalized dynastic dictatorship.

  6. But he has put together a coalition of roachlike governments that will sell their collective souls to have access to the crumbs he will drop for them.

It’s the dumbest concept ever. Join my club for $1b and we will grift together. Fuck normal people!

  8. Look at all these princes of peace:

    Argentina — President Javier Milei

Armenia — Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan

    Azerbaijan — President Ilham Aliyev

Bahrain — Sheikh Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa

Bulgaria — Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov

Hungary — Prime Minister Viktor Orban

    Indonesia — President Prabowo Subianto

Jordan — Deputy Prime Minister Ayman Safadi

    Kazakhstan — President Kassym‑Jomart Tokayev

    Kosovo — President Vjosa Osmani

Mongolia — Prime Minister Gombojavyn Zandanshatar

Morocco — Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita

Pakistan — Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif

    Paraguay — President Santiago Pena

Qatar — Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani

Saudi Arabia — Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al‑Saud

Turkey — Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan

United Arab Emirates — Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority Khaldoon Al Mubarak

Uzbekistan — President Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev

For some reason, Russia don’t seem to be there at the signing ceremony. Oh, yeah — they’re not invited to the WEF at Davos because of their illegal and brutal war of aggression against a peaceful neighbor.

  9. He’s trying to create a fake U.N. that he charges everyone a billion dollars to join that he keeps control of for life. He is literally trying to make himself king of the world.

  10. “At several points throughout the signing ceremony, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt appeared to be the only person in the room loudly applauding before others slowly joined in.”

    Girl, you’re doing too much.

  11. He’s like one of those arsonist firefighters you read about now and again – set fire to stuff, see it burn, don’t give a shite about death or injury to others and then drive in to put the fire out thinking your a hero – he’s a complete cock womble tangerine fruit n nut cake.

  12. Call me jaded and cynical but this “Board of Peace” smells like a scam to funnel bribes to Trump.

  13. Does America actually want allies any more?
Seems happiest in the company of autocrats and despots.

  14. He’ ll give himself the Peace Board Peace Prize then declare all the money he charged for a seat on the board goes with the prize…

This guy is coming home from his boy’s weekend with a very bruised ego and we all know that it’s the wife and kids who suffer when this happens.

Hey USA, you are the wife and kids. I mean he can rant and rave about the neighbours but in the end you’re the ones who are going to get the brunt of it.

    Thoughts and prayers.

  16. These halfway articles drive me insane. How is there not a list who signed it and where they’re from. It’s not that hard.

  17. > “For that region and for the whole region of the world, because I’m calling the world a region,” he said. “The world is a region.”

How can anyone listen to this and not conclude Trump is a moron?
