NATO troops have to avoid US troops on the battlefield because US soldiers in action are terrified and trigger happy.
Leaving aside the fact that the 9/11 terrorists were Saudi Arabian, and that is who should have been invaded and occupied, I think most coalition casualties in Afghanistan were victims of US ‘friendly fire’.
In the end, America just got bored and Trump betrayed US allies and local forces by gifting the country back to the Taliban…

Friends left school at 16-18 years old and went on tours of Afghanistan. They were all lucky, thankfully, and returned alive. Terrorists predictably attacked UK soil.Â
