Mr. Rozmus said: “Yes, I think that you can certainly find many analogies [between Eastern and Western cultures]. Despite cultural differences, we also have many things in common. Some values are simply timeless and can be applied to all people.”
Ms. Sara Bartoń-Menia said, “I am surprised by the philosophy and the presence of God in all these stories. I didn’t know that in China, this exists to such an extent. It’s a pity that now it is being suppressed by communism.”
Mr. Faisal Menia added: “For me, it was written in Polish, I didn’t understand that much. But there were a few sentences that [my wife] translated for me, like the importance of being close to God and the importance of believing in God. That’s what we all believe.”

Mr. Rozmus said, “Yes, it is very sad that the Chinese government simply ignores such a great culture and does not acknowledge it, even though it knows that it possesses such a heritage. It is all very distressing. Well, it’s all because of communism. We had something similar here [in Poland].”
Mr. Menia said, “I believe in freedom. Freedom of speech, freedom of thinking, and it feels really sad for me as an individual. I wish it could improve, and that people could believe in whatever they want to believe in, think whatever they want to think. We are in a century of freedom where everybody can say, think, and believe whatever they want, and it’s really sad that it is still like this in this situation. Hopefully, in the future, it can change.”
Ms. Głębicka expressed her feelings as follows: “I strongly encourage [everyone to see Shen Yun], because you can’t experience this on television. You have to feel it, you have to experience it live.”
Ms. Rozmus said, “I encourage everyone and recommend the Shen Yun performance to everybody. It is something beautiful, something wonderful—an unforgettable experience. I will, of course, share this when I go home with my daughters, my children, my acquaintances, and I will recommend it to everyone who can take advantage of it and come to this performance.”
Ms. Bartoń-Menia concluded: “You definitely have to see the Shen Yun performance and come. I think we will take advantage of such an opportunity again someday if [Shen Yun] comes to Poland.”
