I just looked it up and Minnesota is an Open Carry state. So just possessing a weapon while demonstrating or being near a demonstration or carrying out your first amendment rights near ICE is not grounds to kill you.

There’s a new video taken from inside a passing vehicle which shows what led up to the murder. The victim had his phone in his hand, filming the murderers. They then started shoving him around, and this leads to the video taken from the donut shop. If he had a weapon, it was legally under his jacket and hen the beating and murder took place. The only thing in his hand was a phone.

1. He did not approach them with a 9 mm gun. In fact, he was filming at a safe distance and did not approach them at all. This shows us that DHS has already been lying about what happened.
2. They used pepper spray on him at close range, so he was effectively blinded and subdued already.
3. He was facing away from the officers, posing no threat. Nonetheless, they pulled him back toward the pavement and dogpiled on him.
4. Any and all escalation in this confrontation was the fault of ICE.
