The KFOR mission has announced that multinational soldiers from the Regional Command – West have conducted patrols in several municipalities of western Kosovo, as part of regular security activities.

According to the official announcement, patrols were conducted both by motor vehicles and on foot, with the aim of maintaining a visible and flexible presence on the ground, as well as to obtain direct information on current developments.

KFOR has emphasized that such activities contribute to strengthening coordination and interoperability between multinational units, supporting stability and security in accordance with the mission’s mandate.

The announcement recalls that KFOR continues to implement its mandate to ensure a peaceful and secure environment for all citizens of Kosovo, as well as to guarantee freedom of movement at all times and in an impartial manner.

KFOR has also announced that it continues its close cooperation with the Kosovo Police and the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX), within the framework of their respective roles as security responders. /Telegrafi/
