I’m not understanding all these piecemeal changes to policing down south, is there an actual overall plan or is she just tinkering for the sake of tinkering?
Will this it be another NCA? A smashing together of multiple responsibilities with a massive budget cut? Or is this a genuine plan to improve policing?

all great and that but no point if criminals just get a slap on the wrist because the court and prison system is overrun, plus we have very light sentences.
