A story of strength, perseverance and success comes from the United States of America, where Teuta Elshani, an Albanian from Kosovo, has achieved one of the highest positions in the field of chemical engineering, in one of the largest international companies.

Teuta Elshani, after a 26-year journey of hard work, has managed to take the position of R&D Technical Leader at Kimberly-Clark Professional – North America, exercising the role of strategic engineer, an elite level in her industry.

After the first breath came the burden of work and keeping alive the family tree that the war had cut down to the roots,” she says.

Despite great personal and professional difficulties, Teuta Elshani did not stop. With dedication, discipline and professionalism, she gradually climbed the professional hierarchy, today taking on a strategic and leadership role in a global company with great international influence.
