I’m thinking that while the reasonable answer (like it seems to be the overwhelming consensus) is just “no”, there is a very interesting bit of information between the lines.
Russia previously stated that they would change ZPP output to match the Russian grid and that was that.
The fact that they are posting a negotiating position now, means one thing: they are weaker, and they know it.
So I think the answer is no, but not “just” on principle. It’s no because they will eventually just withdraw. Because they are seeing and showing that they will be defeated.
They are losing, and they know it.
So the only reasonable thing is, just fuck off and the only thing to negotiate is, bringing back those forced into Russia and the war reparations.
