They desperately need some strong political direction from Carney.

So they can continue to blackmail us for replacement parts for these jets. You can’t trust the United States with any deals. If a deal was signed today, Trump would revoke it to blackmail us for something else tomorrow or next week. Clearly the US can’t be trusted as an ally.
