Can anyone tell me what the percentage of those casualties are now in terms of foreign contractor fighters? We had significant ‘ Russian’ casualties for years and they still find replacements. Impacts for the Russian government would only really exacerbate if heavy casualties were coming from Western Russian regions and I don’t think that is happening? As long as they can pay or coerce young men from other nations it seems from a logistics point of view numbers won’t impact Russian decisions.
