What is he bitching about? Both legislatures ratified the KOREA-UA free trade agreement before he ripped it up.
No other national assembly has ratified Trump’s tariff deal.
I have a feeling this is Trump feeling threatened by Korea offering Canada subs (which the US cannot produce at scale) and a bunch of other industry cooperations since Trump is trying to isolate Canada into submission. The Korean delegation is meeting PM Carney tomorrow. We already signed multi-hundred million dollar deals today with various Canadian companies, including their one and only Algoma Steel to set the stage, and Hyundai and Korean Air are coming up next. It doesn’t seem like a coincidence that Trump decides to hit Hyundai a day before the big meeting
