Excellent, the Russians should immediately start reinforcing the town by moving lots of troops in with no cover because it’s clearly not needed, since they are holding it. There’s a rail line straight to Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, so they should just pack trains full of troops and move them directly there by train. Nothing can possibly go wrong.
