I’m a Labor supporter but I’m really sad to read this about Tim Read. He’s a hardworking local MP and a smart, principled and decent man. Prognosis sounds bad but I hope somehow he makes it through.

Ah man! He’s a cousin of mine, a lovely person with an amazing and intelligent family around him. His mum, now in her late 80s, could give Usain Bolt a run for his money with how speedy she is.
