  1. And nothing will be done about it, so…..

Until judges start holding people in contempt and tossing folks in jail for it, (even if they’re out same day when daddy runs to a higher court), the violations will continue. Of both court orders, and our constitutional rights.

When are people going to wake up to the fact that we no longer have rule of law, but rule of force.

When will the judges decide that ICE is a Racketeering Corrupt Criminal Terrorist Organization ?

  4. So the people being arrested are not criminals, but the people arresting them are criminals.

MAGA America is Bizarro America where everything is backwards…

    >“ICE is not a law unto itself,” the judge wrote. “ICE has every right to challenge the orders of this court, but, like any litigant, ICE must follow those orders unless and until they are overturned or vacated.”

    >**Judge Schiltz attached to his ruling a list of 96 court orders from 74 different immigration cases that ICE has failed to follow since Jan. 1.** He noted that his tally was “almost certainly substantially understated” because it had been “hurriedly compiled by extraordinarily busy judges.”

    >“This list should give pause to anyone — no matter his or her political beliefs — who cares about the rule of law,” Judge Schiltz added.

    The ruling: https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.mnd.230171/gov.uscourts.mnd.230171.10.0_2.pdf

ICE is lawless and must be dissolved.

EDIT: [Lawsuit: DHS blocking lawyers from meeting with detainees](https://minnesotareformer.com/2026/01/28/lawsuit-dhs-blocking-lawyers-from-meeting-with-detainees/)

    >A Minneapolis-based human rights group is suing the Department of Homeland Security, accusing DHS officials and agents of illegally and systematically preventing detained immigrants from meeting with their lawyers.

According to the claim, federal agents at the Whipple Building — and at least one ICE attorney — have repeatedly told frustrated lawyers that “no visitation between detainees and attorneys is or has ever been permitted at Whipple.”

    >“This is false,” the complaint continues. “Whipple has rooms labeled ‘ERO Visitation,’ where attorneys have met with clients held at Whipple for years.”

    >Nowadays, when lawyers attempt to arrange visits at Whipple, phone calls and emails allegedly go unanswered.

    >According to the suit, one lawyer was recently threatened with arrest at the Whipple Building, despite having received prior permission from agency officials. Another attorney attempting to speak to a client was “confronted by six armed security personnel, one of whom said, ‘We’re not having a debate here, turn your car around and get the hell out of here.’”

Here is what Schumer is demanding ICE does to avoid a shutdown:

*”Schumer outlined his caucus’ demands, which he said include ending roving patrols — tightening rules governing the use of warrants and requiring ICE coordination with state and local law enforcement. He said Democrats also want to enforce accountability, demanding a uniform code of conduct and accountability to hold federal agents to the same use-of-force policies as state and local law enforcement. Finally, Schumer said Democrats want a “masks off, body cameras on” policy for federal agents.”*

Right. They’ll just start behaving. WTF.

  7. “ICE has violated over 100 court orders”

So says a court system that has done exactly nothing to hold the people violating those court orders accountable, while wondering why they continue to blatantly ignore court orders.

I mean seriously, we just had [another judge](https://www.reddit.com/r/politics/comments/1qojxbs/the_courts_patience_is_at_an_end_judge_takes/) *just* rebuke an ICE chief for shit like this and demand he stand before the court and answer for this……unless they release this one random dude. Then he won’t have to come in or answer for any of it.

This is why they keep violating court orders. This is why the Trump administration has made a joke of our court system. Because every time judges have the opportunity to actually impose real consequences, they give these people easy outs.

  8. Judges need to stick together. when they and their rulings are blatantly disrespected other judges must not show any leniency on any matter concerning them.

  9. This simply proves how weak and feckless courts are when no one is willing to uphold their decisions. I mean, let’s get real here, who’s gonna make Trump follow court orders? That’s right. No one. Zero. Zilch. Nada. If no one is willing to hold him accountable, then courts by extension have absolutely no power whatsoever. And that’s where this country is right now, all because a bunch of dumb fuck Americans voted for a fascist instead of the black lady.

Turns out it’s easy to defy a court order when it isn’t enforced.

States have a right to push back against this stuff and hold ICE accountable.

  11. That video with mass screaming heard from ‘detainees’ within a holding camp is pretty fkn disturbing.

  12. Hey Judge, what happens when a normie violates a court order? They presumably get some sort of punitive action taken against them, such as jail time, right? Why are we not doing that here? Isn’t that … the job of the courts?

  13. The courts lost all credibility 4 years ago, but keep writing your stern letters. That’ll definitely work one of these times.

  14. Fortestingporpoises on

If there are no repercussions for violating court orders do we have a country anymore?

  15. InfinityComplexxx on

Then fucking arrest them. Arrest all of them.

The only thing Trump has been good for is to show how limp-dick our Justice system is. Massive, massive reforms are needed.

Hold noem, Holman, etc in contempt and swear out bench warrants for violating court orders.
