A Blount County man who was out on bond for a child pornography indictment is back in jail, accused of soliciting a child online in another country. Investigators say Justin Teer, 31, of Locust Fork sent nude photos and videos of himself in lewd sexual acts to a 14-year-old girl in the United Kingdom. He asked the girl to send him nude videos of herself showering.
