That’s not what his proposed constitution says. If I recall: no properties owned by foreigners, permanent resident or otherwise. Foreign owned properties will be seized. No government job for foreigners or their children or their children’s children, even if they’re citizens. There’s one more but I can’t be assed to look it up.
