Asked about voting intentions for the election to be held next Sunday, 55 percent said they will definitely vote. Eight percent said they have already voted. Together, 63 percent said they will vote or have already done so, up five points from the previous week. Twenty-four percent said they intend to vote.

Many probably have an *intention* to vote but where it’s snowing heavily, they actually may not go.
Just have to wait till Feb. 8th to see the turn out. It’s going to be a critical election on future on Japan because it seems things are changing quickly for good and for bad.
Can’t wait to blame foreigners especially China for their poverty hey, and rebuild the imperial Japanese army. Let’s see how it goes this time against a super power
