The note in the Gulf of Mexico says that Utah’s LDS culture prioritizes early marriage and large families, resulting in the nation’s highest concentration of kids.

  2. Utah is younger but it also collapsed after 2007 so it is the youngest state but no longer an outlier with births.

Holy crap is this uniform! Very little variation really. How about a map by county? Would be interesting to see if rural areas are old and urban young.

  6. It should be noted in the 70s, the median age was about 28. The world has gotten *oldddddddd.*

Maybe the white house can set up shop in Utah since they love em young, and most of the people there support Republicans. The senator there is trying sell off all the land, cheers to the access.
