Cloudy weather with occasional light rain will prevail in Serbia today and throughout the weekend, while at the beginning of next week, Košava winds are expected to strengthen along with changing weather conditions, with possible snowfall in some areas.
Today in Serbia, the weather will be mostly cloudy, with occasional light rain, while light snowflakes may fall occasionally in the mountains. Only the southern parts of the country will remain dry, with longer sunny intervals and slightly higher temperatures. Winds will be light, moderate in the east, blowing from the northwest and west. The highest daily temperatures will range from 9 to 12 degrees Celsius, and around 14 degrees in the far south.
On Sunday morning, in lower areas, valleys, and along river courses, fog or low clouds are expected. During the day it will be moderately to mostly cloudy, with only occasional light rain, while in higher mountain areas light snow may fall. In the north of the country, dry weather with sunny intervals will persist. The wind will be light to moderate, occasionally strong in the east, from the northwest.
Morning temperatures will range from 1 to 6 degrees, and daily from 9 to 14 degrees Celsius.

Belgrade and Novi Sad woke up this morning under a light haze and mostly cloudy skies, with temperatures around 9 degrees.
In Kragujevac, Kruševac, and Leskovac, light rain was recorded, with cloudy skies and temperatures between 9 and 10 degrees.
Sremska Mitrovica has cloudy weather with mist and high humidity.
In the west of the country, in Valjevo, cloudy weather prevails without stronger precipitation.
In eastern Serbia, in Negotin and Zaječar, the weather is partly cloudy and dry.
In the mountains, it is significantly colder – on Zlatibor, light rain is falling, while on Kopaonik, light snow flurries are occurring with temperatures around zero.
At the beginning of next week, in the areas affected by the Košava wind, the establishment and strengthening of a southeasterly wind is expected, occasionally reaching stormy gusts. Starting Friday, the Košava is forecast to weaken, with winds turning to the northwest.
On Monday, moderately cloudy weather is expected, while in the southwest, south, southeast, and east of the country, cloudy weather with occasional rain will prevail. Snow, in addition to the mountains, will fall in the evening and nighttime hours in the Timok region, where a thin snow cover is expected to form.
From Tuesday onward, frequent passing cloudiness with rain is forecast, while in the mountains—and in the Timok region, only on Tuesday—occasional snow is expected.
