Additionally the blurb mentions “the Official Secrets Act also applies”.
As far as I can parse it the critical question is whether he broke the Official Secrets Act?

Virtually everyone in the billionaire class got there by having inside information, “consulting” on business matters for a government or plain out bribery. The whole system is rigged, and no more proof is needed than seeing how the “economy” has funneled phenomenal new wealth to the rich while suppressing everyone else. That could not happen without the full collusion of our politicians and business.
