Koci is notified by Serbia about the Mithat Lozhani case, there is a request for Kurti and Osmani

Lawyer Arianit Koci has reacted after the EU said that Serbia’s arrest of the KLA veteran is “another violation” of Serbia’s obligations under the 2015 Agreement on Dialogue and Justice.
He invited Kurti and Osmani to react.
“I invite President Vjosa Osmani and Prime Minister Albin Kurti to react following the official finding made yesterday by the European Commission – that Serbia has violated the 2015 Brussels Agreement.”
Koci has said that Serbia has no right to arrest any KLA soldier for alleged crimes committed in Kosovo.
“Therefore, arrests and criminal prosecutions against Kosovo citizens, without the request of our institutions, contradict the obligations accepted within the framework of the dialogue.”
He has announced that he is in Serbia in connection with the arrest of Mithat Lozhani.
“However, do not pass through Serbia if you were a member of the KLA or the Kosovo Security Forces.”
