Meta faces fines in Poland for no contact details in Facebook terms and conditions

Polish national telecommunicatins regulator UOKiK plans to fine Meta because Facebook and Instagram’s terms and conditions do not provide contact details for customers to reach the company. There is no email address or telephone number for contact. Instead, users are directed to assistance centres and complaint forms. The regulator considers this insufficient means for customer service.
