Brazil’s Anatel partners with ITU on climate change monitoring
The National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) and the ITU have partnered on a pilot project to monitor climate change indicators within Brazil’s ICT sector. This initiative, which is now collecting data from companies, aims to address the global lack of reliable and comparable data on greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption in the ICT sector.
