Researching the future of elderly care in Vaasa. Input needed from healthcare staff

I am working on a project to design better support systems for our elderly living at home in Ostrobothnia.

To make sure the proposal is realistic/safe, I need input from the people on the front lines: Home care nurses and assistants.
