The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, has received congratulatory letters from senior international leaders on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of Kosovo’s Independence.
Osmani received a message from the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, reaffirming Turkey’s continued support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Kosovo, as well as for the advancement of its position in the international arena. President Erdoğan also emphasized his country’s commitment to peace and stability in the region.
On this holiday, President Osmani also received congratulatory letters from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
In their messages, they conveyed their warmest congratulations to President Osmani, the institutions and the people of Kosovo, wishing health, happiness, progress and further prosperity for the country.
They also emphasized the importance of warm relations and continued cooperation between Kosovo and Saudi Arabia, expressing their commitment to strengthening partnership and mutual understanding in the future.
