An earthquake measuring 4.4 on the Richter scale struck Bosnia and Herzegovina this afternoon, according to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC).

The tremor occurred at 17:31 at a depth of 7 kilometres. The epicentre was located approximately 13 kilometres west-northwest of Livno and about 53 kilometres north-northeast of Split, Croatia.

The quake was felt across parts of southern Croatia, including Dubrovnik. Readers reported noticeable shaking, describing the tremor as brief but strong and unsettling.
