The Swiss excelled in the two Super-G races in the European Cup in Bjelasnica in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

The first was won by 22-year-old Lenz Hächler ahead of Austria’s Manuel Traninger and Norway’s Tollef Haugen, with five other Swiss-Ski athletes finishing in the top ten. Hächler triumphed for the sixth time at this level, and for the third time in a super-G. It was his fifth podium finish of the season.

There was even a Swiss double victory in the second race with Lars Rösti and Alessio Miggiano. Like Hächler, Rösti won for the sixth time in the European Cup – for the first time since March 2024. Norway’s Simen Sellaeg came third.
