LA CROSSE, Wis. (WKBT) — More than 1,400 players from across Wisconsin are competing in the 43rd annual Stansfield Vending Dart Tournament at the La Crosse Center through Saturday.

The tournament features singles, doubles, triples and team events. Players earned their spots by competing in sanctioned league play throughout the season.

“It’s a chance for them to showcase what they’ve done all season,” said Jonny Selck, league and tournament director. “Players play year-round to come to this and be competitive against players at their skill level.”

The tournament began Thursday with singles and women’s events. Friday includes doubles events starting at 8 a.m. and mixed triples events at 5 p.m.

Saturday will mark the tournament’s biggest day, with 290 teams competing for trophies and cash prizes in team events and round robin play.

This marks the 43rd consecutive year Stansfield Vending has hosted the tournament.
