    I’m a lifelong Manitoban. I was shocked to see that only 5% of the Canadian population is Indigenous, as it seemed way too low, then I saw that Manitoba is 18%. I knew we had a good sized Indigenous population here, but I never knew it that large of a margin. Apparently Saskatchewan is also similar at 17%.

    Jewish would be more than the entire “other” percentage in some cities, so I think most Jews in Canada are identifying as white (at least the Ashkenazi(.

    it’s kinda funny how Montreal has one of the highest ratios of white people of the cities, but also the highest ratio of black people
