Zalgiris Kaunas defeated Rytas Vilnius to win their seventh consecutive Lithuanian Cup title.

    Zalgiris Kaunas has continued its dominance in the Lithuanian Cup.

    Zalgiris defeated arch-rivals Rytas Vilnius 101-85 in the final to claim their seventh consecutive Lithuanian Cup title.

    Zalgiris pulled away in the second quarter, outscoring Rytas 37-16 behind a strong performance from Sylvain Francisco.

    Despite Rytas starting the third quarter with a 13-2 run, Zalgiris disrupted any comeback attempts from Rytas to comfortably win another Cup title.

    Moses Wright, who led Zalgiris in the final with 27 points, 6 rebounds, and 2 blocks, was named the Lithuanian Cup Final Four MVP.

    In the final, Sylvain Francisco was the second-leading scorer for Zalgiris, delivering a remarkable performance with 23 points and 13 assists.

    For Rytas, Ignas Sargiunas finished as the top scorer with 16 points.
