Brussels is ready and willing to make progress on the updated cooperation agreement between the European Union and Azerbaijan, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, Magdalena Grono, said in an interview with APA.
Grono stated that the time has come to finalize joint work on the document, which has been under discussion for several years.
“We hope that we will be able to resume negotiations soon,” Grono stressed.
