Cut out the daytime naps and my sleep schedule kind of looks like your baby’s after 7 weeks! I wake up all the time in the early morning due to bouts of insomnia.
I’m so tired… Hahaha
Maybe this will come in handy when I have kids!

Looks about right! 6 months is when you can generally start to get them to sleep through the night. A little easier said than done though!

This would be better if the night time sleep wasn’t separated visually. Like, start time of say axis at 20.
