The Kraft Heinz Company has named Michael Graham as the vice president of sales for UK & Ireland, effective March 2026.
Graham will be part of the UK & Ireland leadership team, the company noted.
He will be responsible for leading commercial operations, strengthening customer partnerships, and driving sustainable and profitable growth across the UK and Ireland.
Marta Pilczuk, managing director of UK & Ireland at Kraft Heinz, stated, “His breadth of experience across markets, customers and categories, combined with his strong people leadership, will be a real asset to our UK & Ireland business.
“Michael’s appointment reinforces our focus on building world-class commercial capability and driving sustainable growth with our partners.”

Graham is an accomplished professional with more than 20 years of senior commercial and general management experience across the FMCG sector.
He has served in leadership roles at Reckitt, PepsiCo and Mondelēz.
Graham will join Kraft Heinz from Reckitt, where he, most recently, served as general manager for Benelux.
Previously, he was the general manager of the consumer goods giant in Czechia and Slovakia.

Recently, Kraft Heinz appointed Nicolas Amaya as president of its North America business.
