Telia Estonia to discontinue customer service mobile app

Telia Estonia said that it plans to close its customer service mobile application Telia Minu from 15 April. The app has few users, as the majority of customer prefer the online self-service system, which offers signifiantly more functions. The app Telia Minu often simply routes customers to the web portal in many cases. The operator will continue supporting and developing Telia TV app.
