You just know this weasely fuck violated every “*red line”* that Anthropic refused to cross. Probably willingly, in exchange for that drip of government contract capital.

They can be on the wrong side of history if they want, but I won’t take part. The only thing they understand is money, so speak loudly people!

  3. The real AI wars begin. We’re gonna have AI attack drones, counter drone drones, indiscriminate murder turrets that shoot anything with a human shaped head. Sam Altman needs a crosscheck into the boards.

Funny how OpenAI struck this deal hours before the start of airstrikes against Iran…

Sounds like Open AI really need the money to stay afloat. And what better source of income than juicy military contracts.

  6. Cancel your open ai subscription. Delete your account if it’s the free version. Let’s make this nerd bleed green

  7. Sam Altman Absolutely offed Suchir Balaji. The whistleblower who claimed OpenAI was violating copyright laws. The only silver lining is this guy crashes every company he has led. He historically has done so by lying through his teeth about function and adoption of products. He is just the newest lineup of the sociopathic techbros

  8. Open AI is one of the top 5 players, of course they will have a deal with the Pentagon.

This has nothing to do with the Anthropic theatrics, and would have happened regardless of the outcome of their dispute with the DoD. Even if the timing was deliberately chosen (it probably was), a deal between the Pentagon and the top US AI labs willing to support our military is inevitable.

  9. I think we should start publishing a lot of pictures of Sam Altman with “enemy combatant/terrorist” as alt text and title, for no reason at all.

Deleted my data, cancelled my subscription, removed ChatGPT.

Not only is Scam Altman anti-humanist (looks at humans as mere tools) he’s now fine with integrating OpenAI with the Dept of Defense for mass surveillance and AI weapon use.

  11. Sam Altman is a power hungry madman. That psychopath should be nowhere near a BB Gun much less AI weapons.

  12. The AI war is over. Anthropic won and vultures are getting ready to pick over the carcasses. Anthropic did not need to accede to the governments demands because of how far ahead they are.

Somewhere in the fine print probably says that the Federal government has access to every user’s data.

It’s really cool how there is no one to protect us from them building a global AI surveillance grid with autonomous murder drones to keep us in line.

  15. If you don’t like it, uninstall ChatGPT and Sora with a rating explaining why. Sam doesn’t care about anything that doesn’t hurt his pocket.

  16. From what I understand, OpenAI desparately needs such contracts in order to survive. So, it’s almost guaranteed they are permitting the government to use it in ways that are morally and probably legally questionably.

  17. Financially they are a failing company that would be weeded out by the “free market” and the ruling class would lose a ton on their shitty investments. So, now they’re getting bailed out by being integrated into highly essential systems funded by taxpayers. Just more welfare for these conmen

Of course the American Psycho would compromise user data to make more money and attain more power.

    SAMA makes me sick

  19. Whelp canceled my sub and deleted my account. I’ll use anthropic for my llm needs in the future. Inconvenient to switch but I’m not going to support a company that is willing to do the DODs bidding without question.
