Jonas Lovv has won Melodi Grand Prix 2026 with his song Ya Ya Ya and with it the ticket to represent Norway at Eurovision in Austria in May.
2025 winner Kyle Alessandro opened the show with a performance of his winning song Lighter.
The winner was determined by 60% public vote (Norwegian viewers) and 40% international jury vote.
Norway will compete in the second half of the second semi-final which will be held on Thursday 14 May CET.
