Lithuania is ready to send its troops to Iran at the request of the United States. “So far, we do not have such a request, and of course, if we were to receive such a request, we would consider it together with other allies,” Skaisgirytė stated.

According to her, Lithuania could provide military assistance to the U.S. in such a case, for example, by sending troops to Iran.

Earlier, Skaisgirytė stated that Lithuania trusts the U.S. ‘nuclear umbrella.’
