Every year in March, the Month of Francophonie is celebrated throughout Serbia.

Francophonie represents a large community united by a single language and built around shared values such as multilingualism, cultural diversity, peace, democracy, human rights, education, professional development and economic cooperation. The Group of Francophone Ambassadors in Serbia, active since 2018 and bringing together more than 20 diplomatic missions including embassies and international organisations, plays a key role in organising the many events taking place during this Francophone spring, imbued with the French language.
