Swiss extends suspension of flights to Dubai until March 10

Swiss International Airlines said on Thursday it would extend the suspension of its flights to Dubai through March 10 due ‌to ⁠the ⁠conflict in the Middle East, while fights to Tel Aviv have been canceled until March 22.

Swiss, a unit of Lufthansa, said it is ⁠expecting the arrival ‌of a flight from Oman in Zurich ⁠this afternoon with 211 passengers on board. The airline said it was working to see how it could help stranded people return from the Middle East.

“As ‌soon as the security situation allows it responsibly, we will resume ⁠our flights. At the same time, we are continuously assessing whether additional or alternative flight options may be possible,” the airline said in a statement.
