Cosm locations in Dallas and Los Angeles already in operation have been highly popular. One will open this summer in Atlanta.
ATLANTA — Cosm, the eye-catching “shared reality” sports and entertainment viewing venue, has a day set for when it will begin operating in Atlanta.
The company announced this week it will open its newest location at Centennial Yards in Downtown Atlanta on June 10 this summer. It will be their third in operation, after two earlier locations in Dallas and Los Angeles that have proven highly popular.
The thrust of Cosm is stadium-style event viewing inside an 87-foot diameter dome that offers a field-level, courtside-like viewing experience. It also offers viewing events for films and arts performances.
“Cosm connects people and brings them together by merging a stadium-like atmosphere with the energy of the crowd, elevated food and beverage options, and state-of-the-art visuals, transporting them to the best seat in the house, whether it be the sidelines of the College Football Playoffs, courtside at NBA games, inside the Octagon at UFC championships, or on the pitch at the biggest Premier League matches,” the company said in a release.

Cosm’s release this week laid out an initial event schedule for the Atlanta venue. It also operates daily for “normal” bar and restaurant purposes on non-event days:

- June 14: UFC
- June 20, 21, 22: College World Series
