MALTA, N.Y. (WNYT)- Mixed Breed Brewing is expanding to a second location in Malta.
The brewery recently bought the assets of Unified Beerworks near Old Stonebreak Road. Unified Beerworks closed in December after seven years.
Mixed Breed plans to open a new taproom and restaurant this spring. Renovations began at the new location last month.
Mixed Breed announced in September that it would relocate to Van Patten Golf Club. The partners plan to build a new taproom and beer garden there.
Originally, the brewery was located in Guilderland.
