I’m watching House of The Dragon S02E03 “The Burning Mill”, and in this one scene, in my left ear it sounds like the character is singing in Croatian

Here is the one in the 15th second of the video, to me it sounds like the character is speaking " I pomiluj, Gosopdin Novi " i onda " Polite, Sir ".
I have that text on the headphones on the left side (something else is being sung on the right side)

I know this sounds stupid, but it dawned on me that it might be a joke as a reference, because the scene takes place in King’s Landing, which was filmed in Duborvnik (at least for GoT originally), so maybe that text was put as a reference.
I tried googling about it, but I didn’t find anything at all, and now I’m just interested in what you hear lol
