During the night it will be mostly clear and almost calm.
After midnight, low clouds or fog will begin to form in some river valleys and
low-lying areas. The lowest temperatures will range between -3°C and 2°C,
around -1°C in Sofia.

Tomorrow, it will be mostly sunny across the country, with
scattered high clouds in the west. Before noon, low clouds or fog are expected
in some river valleys, lowlands, and along the Black Sea coast. Light
east-northeast winds will prevail, turning moderate over the eastern parts of
the country. Maximum temperatures will range between 12°C and 17°C, between 8°C
and 10°C along the Black Sea coast.

It will be sunny in the mountains, with scattered, mainly
high clouds over the massifs of Western Bulgaria. Moderate winds from the
east-southeast are expected, becoming strong at higher altitudes. The maximum
temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m will be around 6°C, at 2,000 m around
-1°C.

Along the Black Sea coast, the weather will be mostly
sunny, though visibility may be reduced in some areas during the morning. There
will be a light to moderate easterly wind. Daytime highs will range between 8°C
and 10°C. The seawater temperature is around 6°C-8°C. Sea state 3 on the
Beaufort scale.
